It Might be a Brand New Car, But It’s Still 1984

Well George Orwell may have gotten the year wrong, but Big Brother is here now!  Beginning in June, 2011, spell that NOW, all new cars manufactured and sold in the United States will be required to have a mandated black box device installed, which can be used to monitor several different physical and technical data points.  One can’t help wondering:  Will it also have a “cockpit” recorder so it can record our conversations?  Continue reading on Examiner.com
