Obama turns up the heat with his jobs bill

Progressive columnist Eugene Robinson had an op-ed piece in the September 12th issue of washingtonpost.com entitled Obama turns up the heat with his jobs bill.

He opens by stating:  “Don’t fall for it. There is no ‘new tone’ coming from the Republican-controlled House. It’s just a remix of the same old song.”  Five paragraphs later in this piece he states the following:  “The Republican Party clearly has three priorities that outrank job creation: defeating President Obama, cutting taxes and reducing the size of government” (emphasis added).

Excuse me; I would simply say that defeating President Obama, cutting taxes, and reducing the size of government would be the best things we could do to create jobs.
