The Senate will continue debate on S.744, the Teddy Kennedy Memorial Open Borders Act, this afternoon (Monday). A vote on the Schumer-Corker-Hoeven amendment is scheduled at 5:30 p.m. Eastern.

Update: The Senate passed the amendment late Monday with the following Republicans voting for passage: Murkowski AZ, Flake AZ, McCain AZ, RubioFL, Kirk IL, Collins ME, Wicker MS, Hoeven ND, Ayotte NH, Chiesa NJ, Heller NV, Graham SC, Alexander TN,Corker TN, Hatch UT.
Unfortunately, this is another bill that almost nobody has read. The loopholes in the so-called enforcement provisions are large enough to fly Air Force One right through them.
