Twelve Year-Old Boy Accused of Robbing Lemonade Stand

Lately we’ve heard a lot about many local governments shutting down kids’ lemonade stands. There were a variety of reasons: no business licenses, health department concerns, too much sugar in this healthy era (thanks Michelle), etc. Well here’s a new twist (no pun intended).

Lemonade 1ABC News Daniel Rapaport reports:

A 12-year old Johnstown, Pa., boy was arrested Wednesday for allegedly robbing a lemonade stand with a BB gun.

“The lemonade stand was being run by a 10-year old, and a 12-year old boy approached him with a BB gun and basically robbed him,” Johnstown Police Captain Andrew Frear said.  Continue reading at:
