In a new special, Fox News Reporting: 13 Hours in Benghazi, Anchor Bret Baier talks with three contractors who were there when it happened – boots on the ground, if you will. They talked about their experiences that night and how they are haunted by them to this day. And they spoke about how they were ready to respond within five minutes, but were ordered to “stand down.” They finally went in on their own against orders. These three brave men who were wounded that night strongly believe that lives would have been saved if they were allowed to act earlier and if the air support they called for had arrived.
The three are featured in a new book, 13 Hours: The Inside Account of What Really Happened In Benghazi by Mitchell Zuckoff to be released next week. This Fox News special will be shown again on: Saturday, Sept. 6 at 5 p.m. & 9 p.m. ET and Sunday, Sept. 7 at 8 p.m. & 11 p.m. ET
