Published on Sep 10, 2015.  The evolving apology:  In just a few days, Secretary Clinton went from: “What I did was allowed,” to “At the end of the day, I am sorry that this has been confusing to people,” to “That was a mistake. I’m sorry about that. I take responsibility,” to “Yes, I should have used two email addresses, one for personal matters and one for my work at the State Department…Not doing so was a mistake.
