Missouri Couple Facing Felony Charges After Holding Guns to Protect Home

The St. Louis, Missouri, couple who held guns in their hands in hopes of preventing protesters from damaging their property are now facing felony charges.

Fox News reported that Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner told the Associated Press that Mark and Patricia McCloskey will face felony charge for “unlawful use of a weapon” and also a misdemeanor charge for fourth degree assault. Read the rest HERE.

    So, smashing down a private gate to a community is considered “peaceful” protesting according to the St. Louis DA? Then, this idiot goes on to say that the baffled homeowners, confronting an angry mob are the ones doing the “intimidation?” Please tell me that even myopic Democrats can see this crap for what it is.

      You are absolutely correct. Now, I believe, the governor of Missouri is going to issue the McCloskeys a pardon. However, NO CHARGES should have been brought against them in the first place. Ms. Gardner needs to be fired…toot sweet.
